Went to the ATM drive through on XX/XX/23 XXXX ATM XXXX and withdrew {$300.00}. When the atm was loading and getting ready to dispense the money a message came up congratulating us on being with WF for 21 years. I turned to my mother to tell her we have been with Wells for 21 years when i heard the dispensing door open ( or so i thought ). I turned to grab the money but the dispensing door was closed. I looked around and nothing was on the floor and i was so close to the wall that no one could go and grab it, plus there was a car behind me so they would have noticed. I had turned my head for 5 seconds. In all honesty I never saw the dispensing door open or close I just heard a noise like it had open/close but I never actually saw it. I needed the money at that moment so i had to do a second withdraw from a different account and now I keep getting transactions declined because I need to replace the {$300.00} that I never got but was withdrawn from my account. WF has not reached out or provided an update on this case.
