XX/XX/XXXX, I signed a financial contract to trade in my XXXX XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX at the XXXX of XXXX with the XXXX XXXX Santander consumer XXXX During the month of XXXX, I was offered new employment which eventually didn't continue but was able to keep my old job but I had to validate this with the lending institution ( Santander ) that I will be late on the due date before that payments were directly from my XXXX account which after rent, utility, phone bill, car insurance, other personal bills, food, gas and other daily expenses shows beyond checking my credit history, shows they is legitimate burden of proof or little reassurance that I can actually make these payments but they ( XXXX ) will not take car back as total part of the loan. The car has mechanical issues causing more of a financial issue as well. My monthly rent after governmental assistance is at {$550.00}, while my auto loan monthly payment is {$650.00} over XXXX XXXX dollars more than my rent, my monthly income varies at times due to the different work hours I work to ( monthly income shows from XXXX to XXXX monthly which clearly shows my loan is unaffordable
