I have not been able to login to my Experian account. I have been trying since early XX/XX/XXXX / In early XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to login to my Experian account which I froze in XXXX after a credit tracking company data breach. ( I have the letter from Experian stating the account is frozen. ) The webpage did not recognize my password. When I tried to reset, the webpage did not recognize any data including my email or SSN/birth date combination which has not changed in XXXX years. I attempted logging in several times. I logged out and back in to reset. I turned off the computer VPN. I tried all data at least three time and checked for errors. I tried to resolve using provided phone numbers. The phone automation kept redirecting me back to the pages that refused all data. I then tried emails on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Their reply email string stated they did not recognize my data, to use the number I could get by logging into my account and sent me to another phone number whose automated line directed me back to the email account. I sent a letter on XX/XX/XXXX with all the data they required such as address, current license and insurance. My reply back was like the email. I resent a letter in XXXX after their reply that did not help. I stated would contact consumer bureaus but did not. Through all of this I only want to talk to a person not automation and determine why I can not get into my account. I gave up. I decided to take the time to contact you this year when I could not unfreeze my account to free up my credit for a purchase. Before contacting you today XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to login and reset my password and use the customer number. I was not able to reach anyone. I do have an account as I have a letter from Experian concerning the account and freeze status from XXXX. I find it amazing that an agency that collects critical data on me without my consent to use as they see fit and provide to strangers upon request, can not be contacted to solve a problem. I attached XXXX letters to Experian. The second has the same date as the first likely because I was too steamed to proofread it closely. I still just want to talk to a representative instead of automation to determine why I can not access my account and fix it for future credit freezes/ unfreezes. Thank you
