XXXX XXXX alerted me to my XXXX score decrease and upon doing so I saw that the derogatory XXXX on my XXXX report that I supposedly opened a account with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023 for {$650.00} when I know I don't owe anyone anything. I have worked hard to regain my financial independence and now this please help me clear this up.
