On XX/XX/2023 a company by the name of Cred.ai, which provides a credit card issued by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX licensed by XXXX XXXX XXXX, blocked my card. I reached out to Cred.ai only to be told I would receive an email with further instructions to remedy the situation. I received the email on XX/XX/2023 from Cred.ai support, which was asking for me to use the provided link to upload a picture of my driver license, my social security card as well as a selfie with me holding my driver license. After uploading it said that the upload was successful and was submitted. As of today, Ive called almost every day to get an update as to my card and why it is still blocked. Ive sent a total of four ( 4 ) emails to them asking for updates. All of which has gone without a response of any kind. Every time I call, the representatives inform me my card is still blocked and they have no further information. They inform me that they will escalate the matter and someone will reach out. Yeah, at this rate I have a better chance of winning the XXXX every Wednesday and Saturday before anyone reaches out to me from this company. Im tired of getting screwed by this company. Either they unblock my card and we go about our business or they REFUND ME everything that is in my account.
