So I had and issue with this so the Wells Fargo closed my account because I had too many Debit claims on the account and I filed a claim with Wells Fargo with the mediation department and they handled the situation very poorly I was refered to the cfpb because I have exhausted my claims with Wells Fargo and they told me to turn in a claim with the cfpb so Im doing it now I received a check for {$1700.00} and a check for {$2000.00} with the arbitration and the mediation and arbitrator handled things the wrong way the representative from Wells Fargo low balled me a check and I was so mad that I explained to the arbitrator this is a joke why do I have to be XXXX XXXX its ridiculous and Wells Fargo handle the mediation very poorly the representative didnt want to speak any further about this and I was upset how it was handled Wells Fargo and their company dont know how to handle mediation appointments when u meet with them they dont care to have to listen to you all they care is about themselves they wont let you explain things why u want this money or whatever they just want to get it all over with and never care about your feelings I have a major XXXX and I think it was handled the wrong way Im hoping to get a check up to {$15000.00} or whatever is agreeable for all this comotion and XXXX XXXX me wont cut it we have to agree on this issue because this issue is totally uncalled for so i do have a pending case with the federal court system in the state of Utah regarding how Wells Fargo treated me thats a totally different matter this matter is dealing with the arbitrator and the Wells Fargo representative how they treated me and not wanting me to explain my situation and XXXX XXXX me a low ball number so anyway just wanted to clarrify that with you so Im hoping we can resolve this matter with a check up to {$15000.00} like I said I was refered to by Wells Fargo do that we can get this resolved asap let me know what we can come up with numbers wise hope this is good info
