When the contract with the company was started the agreed upon payment date was the XXXX of every month starting in XXXX. I was having trouble managing the payment date so I set up a payment arrangement to split the payments into two transactions with the promised dates of the XXXX and XXXX of each month until canceled on my end for half of the paying around XXXX XXXX and XXXX dollars. The month of XXXX the money came out of the account on those days and everything was fine. I check my account due to the fact I will be having an up coming payment and notice I am charge a XXXX dollar late fee on the XXXX of last month, XXXX. I checked all of my transactions and the money came out on the XXXX around the same time XXXX just as promised. Yet my account is saying a passed due late fee of XXXX dollars was giving to me on the XXXX of XXXX. I have never missed or been late on a payment since I started with the company and Im not understanding why this charge has been given to me. Ive tried calling and the office is always closed by the time Im out of work or on weekends even tho it says it is open. I want this fee gone immediately and not reported on my credit nor do I want this problem again.
