I pulled my consumer reports and I noticed that there was a 30 day late payment on an account that was paid in full and closed and was never late for consumer reporting agencies have assumed a critical position and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy I have never been late on payments for this account ( XXXX XXXX ) please investigate and provide proof with statements showing this payment was late if proof cant be provided I demand this payment be updated as on time paid in full and account closed and reflect as NEVER late thank you.
