I have been having an on-going issue with Equifax for the past year. The company has been reporting XXXX separate ( negative ) accounts on my credit file that are both in error and completely incorrect. Both accounts are for the same company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Both accounts are for the same exact thing and everything from the amounts, the " date open '', to the status etc are all incorrect and in error. I have reached out to Equifax a total of 3 times, disputing both accounts and have not received anything back aside from an updated letter stating " The information you disputed has been verified as accurate. '' The last XXXX disputes were sent certified mail which I have proof and still no resolution. I am requesting these inaccurate/incorrect accounts be removed from my credit file as soon as possible. Please assist me with this issue and I will provide any and all documentation that I have to get this issue resolved.
