I reached out to you guys a while ago asking about those negative items After the investigation, the items were deleted. Unfortuately, the joy was short-lived. The items have returned back to my account and creating more harm to my report and current lifestyle. As per mandatory by the FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 16811 ) it is required that you guys send me ( within 5 days ) a certification of accuracy and also a notice of the updated information. I haven't received any of this, because of this, I am demanding you remove all information associated with these debts from my credit report instantly! If the information isn't removed from my credit report in 15 days I will be forced to start Litigation and file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB )
