On XX/XX/XXXX ; I had agreed to an auto refinance for my then XXXX XXXX XXXX. The company that solicited me the refinance offer was called XXXX and they had assigned the loan to a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. Issues with the loan refinance arose after it was assigned to XXXX. XXXX never filed for a new Arizona auto title, and never perfected the lien on the vehicle. About a month later, I recieved the previous title that was cleared of any liens. I had verified with the state of Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division that no lien was placed by XXXX. I attempted to speak with XXXX customer service about the huge issue with the title and was ignored. At one point I was threatened with reposession despite XXXX not having legal ownership via a perfected lien. Eventually, I had enough and sold the vehicle to a local dealer which had no issue transferring the title. XXXX then charged off the loan and marked it as a reposession despite no reposession ever taking place. They placed on my credit bureau this reposession that doesnt exist. XXXX by their failures with this loan has not only destroyed my credit, it has caused emotional distress and XXXX
