XX/XX/2023 On XX/XX/2023, I personally called all three credit bureaus fraud departments to request that each agency verify and investigate each collections that they are reporting and remove all late payments, charge-offs, past due, closed accounts from the collections that are reported on my report. I also requested that all hard and soft unauthorized inquiries, all old addresses, employment and phone numbers that are not associated with me and my present life. To no avail! The Fair Credit Reporting Act also says that all three agencies reporting be consistent and accurate evenly across the report for each account that is reported on or about an consumer in which there are several reporting discrepancies that they have put on my account in regards to the collections account attached to the reports. XXXX, EXPERIAN, and XXXX have not fulled their duties as consumer credit reporting agencies per the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Code of Federal Regulations. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act these creditors ( XXXX, Experian, XXXX ) have violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602, states that I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604, 2 states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1666-B a creditor may not treat a payment on a consumer credit account under a open end consumer credit plan as late for any reason on a collection.
