I purchased a new XXXX XXXX XXXX nineteen years ago. Recently I was involved in an accident and I need the title and a lien release for a loan that was paid in it's total almost two decades ago for insurance purposes. However, when I tried to navigate the Toyota Motor Credit Corp web site and telephone call in number it did not recognized my Social Security number and zip code. There is no other option to contact them that I can find. I need to have Toyota Motor Credit Corporation to provide a lien release and title as soon as possible. Vin # XXXX
