Veros Credit along with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The court ordered for my wages to be garnished for a total of {$6200.00} to be paid to Veros Credit LLC. They are represented by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX According to my findings, My employer paid out a total of {$6400.00} which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed in the spread sheet that THEY sent me. That means my employer has paid out {$150.00} MORE than the court 's Final judgment. On the spread sheet it clearly states that FOUR ( 4 ) payments were sent directly to Veros Credit LLC under payee name and payee address column. And FIVE ( 5 ) payments were sent FOR Veros Credit to their Attorney 's office. Again, all listed in the spread sheet that THEY sent to me. I've attached the court document where the court specifically states the following : " Payments are to be sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX As of the XX/XX/2022 they garnished an additional {$460.00}. That equals a total garnishment amount of {$6800.00} and a new OVER PAYMENT amount of {$610.00}.
