This account has been disputed back in 2022 and this account DOES NOT BELONG TO ME NOR AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ACCOUNT. The bureaus nor the creditor was able to prove to me that I was the owner and by law that Is illegal and everything has to be removed per 15 usc 1681b! I am so disappointed with the companies and I do not want to have to take legal action. I am giving you all 1 more chance to make the situation better and finally FIX THE ISSUE BY REMOVING THE FRAUD ACCOUNT THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO ME FROM CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE.
