I opened my business account with Huntington Bank on the XX/XX/2022. I did it at the branch in XXXX, IL and applied a promotional code gives promising {$1000.00} credit for deposit {$20000.00} of new money in 30 days and hold it for 60 days. I met all the requirments on the XX/XX/XXXX, but unfortunately the bonus was not issued to me. I even deposit {$50000.00} to the account in XXXX to be safe. When I contacted the customer service, they couldn't explain why it was not issued and can not fix it. They asked me to come to the branch. When I came to the branch, they confirmed that I'm elligible for the bonus, collected my information, but never followed-up to me after a month.
