To whom it conerns, SANTANDER CONSUMER USA is reporting a due balance of {$33000.00}. However, they are continually trying to charge my card every month for the car note. They have already repossessed the car. However, they are trying to charge my card on file every month instead of selling the car and putting the remaining amount on my credit. According to my account on Santander, it says I have a REMAINING BALANCE OF {$16000.00}. However, they put over {$33000.00} worth of debt on my credit report which is an FCRA violation for inaccurate reporting. ( 623. Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies [ 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ]. This is unacceptable I have proof of a violation being committed and I have filed a police report. PLEASE REMOVE THIS FROM MY CREDIT I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY OF THIS INFORMATION DURING THE TIME OF SIGNING I WS TRICKED INTO PAYING A {$5000.00} DEPOSIT FOR A CAR THAT I WAS TOLD WAS {$10000.00} THIS IS ILLEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS DESERVE BETTER!!!!
