I mad a {$1700.00} payment in XXXX through my XXXX XXXX XXXX the mortgage company Mr Cooper sent it back to the bank. I resent it again. They said they have not received it. I sent another payment {$1700.00} through XXXX XXXX XXXX they have not yet been able to find that payment either. I had the banks talk to them and let them know the money was sent on time and funded. Mr. Cooper has yet to find either payment.
