XXXX of XXXX I started a repayment program for a missed mortgage payment. This program was approved and started by the Huntington Mortgage representative and I completed this program in XXXX, the XXXX was my last repayment. Upon calling the provider, I was informed that the repayment plan was set up incorrectly? And I would need to start another or go on some home saving program. This is totally unacceptable to me as a consumer I have completed my part of this process, it is not my fault that they set up the program wrong under the wrong parameters. My account should be current as they stated it would be upon completion of this program.
