On or about XXXX of 2018, I opened an account for a auto insurance policy. 1. Records will show that I paid the full amount for the down-payment. 2. Thereafter, a number of the consecutive monthly were successfully submitted via a auto-payment from my bank. 3. The monthly payments at that time were approximately {$210.00} per month, during the initial term. 4. When the insurance policy renewed at the end of the first term, it was increased, without my written consent, to more than {$1000.00} per month. 5. There isn't any document which can be produced by the company that will show that I approved this egregious increase. 6. I have disputed this fraudulent claim for many years now, to no avail. 7. I ask that CFPB provide me with some assistance to remove this from my credit reports.
