Subject : Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 Dear Credit Reporting Agency ( XXXX, TransUnion, or XXXX ), I am exercising my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609, to request information regarding an item that is listed on my consumer credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. As per Section 609, I am entitled to see the source of the information, which is the original contract that contains my signature. If you are unable to verify the account with the original contract like I requested before, the information should be removed from my credit report within 15. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, engelhardt v. gravens ( mo ) 281 sw 715,719, I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor there any such debt in fact therefore exists. I was reviewing my credit report and seen some inaccuracies on my file. XXXX deleted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX./ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX due to not being able to accurately verify it so how did you? Obviosly, you did not properly conduct an investigation on this account. DELETE THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!! I have a right to bring a lawsuit! I need this deleted ASAP!
