In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. The XXXX credit cards was opened XXXX XXXX receiver of account was XXXX XXXX XXXX collections agency on XXXX XXXX was the date they received my credit card account. A settlement arrangement of XXXX was made with XXXX XXXX XXXX to settle my account for the payment I made on XXXX XXXX in the amount of XXXX and they did not hold up there end of agreement to get the account deleted. 15.U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2. It also states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. On Tuesday XX/XX/ I called in and I asked the company to do a thorough verification and investigation on my credit report because the payment I made was to settle the account and they stated that they completed verification and that everything deemed to be accurate and had been reported to all 3 credit bureaus. Even after speaking with them I did a thorough research for myself and I found improper inaccuracies on the credit report even after they did the thorough research and investigation on this account it's still listed on my credit report after being resolved. I reached out to the company and they tried to make me do a payment arrangement and I stated that I was not going to pay for a account that is supposed to be settled.
