I was injured at work in XXXX and I was exposed to chemicals in the job. My XXXX had XXXX and had my half my XXXX XXXX. All this was workers compensation, workers injury. It's illegal to bill a worker if the injury is work related this law is found in California section 3751B. They are aware this was injury at work. I was billed illegally and they have been sent to collections. I have already disputed these inquires with the credit bureaus and they still are billing me. Protection from surprise medical bills This means consumers with health insurance generally wont be responsible for balance bills or out-of-network cost-sharing. If it passes the statues of limitation they shouldn't bill me. Deleted illegitimate collection ( Original Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXX - {$80000.00} ) This item was Deleted from my credit thank you ; However this same company also made a total of 3 Hard Inquires as a DEPT COLLECTION AGENCY on my credit report on ( XX/XX/XXXX ) OIS RASH CURTIS AND ASSO ( XX/XX/XXXX ) OIS RASH CURTIS AND ASSO ( XX/XX/XXXX ) OIS RASH CURTIS AND ASSO I am requesting once again that these HARD INQUIRY COLLECTION AGENCY items also be removed from my credit report since they should not be on there.
