The account Spring Oaks Capital is being reported on my XXXX credit report as a result of identity theft. This company is a collection agency that purchased a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is the issuer of a credit card account which was opened fraudulently. The specific credit card goes by the name of XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The XXXX account has been removed from all three of my credit reports however the collection account owned by Spring Oaks Capital still remains on my report. I have sent an FTC report to XXXX and they sent it to this company and they illegally verified this information as accurate. It is against the law to report a collection to my credit report when the delinquent account that they bought from the original creditor has been deemed as fraudulent. I have uploaded a letter from XXXX stating that XXXX obtained my credit report in what has been deemed a fraudulent application, meaning the opening of the account is also associated with fraud. I have also provided an email from this debt collector clearly stating that they are attempting to collect a debt and that the original account is a XXXX XXXX issued by XXXX XXXX XXXX
