We notified Wells Fargo about a XXXX transaction that was fraudulent within hours of the transaction. We agreed to purchase XXXX XXXX concert tickets for {$1200.00} and soon found out that the person had hacked the person we thought we were dealing with. They said they would investigate the instance and request the funds back. They reached out to the bank and the bank said the money was no longer in the bank. They really didn't do any investigation and with the amount of money involved it is considered felony as one they were impersonating another person and we were promised tickets for the money which is theft. I don't believe they even remotely tried to get our money back. We have all the communication with the said person saying they would return the money.
