There is an inquiry on my TransUnion report from XX/XX/2022 from XXXX. I have disputed this inquiry with TransUnion and nothing was done about the problem. I have contacted XXXX Bank as well as XXXX and we had came to the conclusion that someone fraudulently tried to open an account with my information. I have asked them to remove the inquiry and they told me to contact the institution to which I did. They said they needed some type of document FROM XXXX stating that the information is incorrect in order for it to come off of the report. XXXX CONTINUES to claim they will contact the credit institution for almost 1 year now. TransUnion claims to have not received anything from XXXX.
