XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ending XXXX XXXX XXXX Case : XXXX XX/XX/2023 To Whom It May Concern : This is in response to your letter dated XX/XX/2023. As stated prior, your public records are inaccurate. The addresses listed are not valid or on my credit file, and it appears XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX is not even a valid address to receive mail. Therefore I do not believe you have not had mail returned. I have repeatedly asked you to very your public record or else I will assume you can not prove this debt. And therefore, it should be removed. I would like a definition of public records and also verified with regards to my social security number and date of birth, both of which you do not list in your correspondence. I hear no thorough vetting on your online application, and anyone could have used your invalid public information. Further, my social security number has been compromised and I was the victim of identity theft, and have been attempting to rectify this for years. You were informed from CFPB and multiple FTC reports and police reports you choose to ignore. There were two other accounts that appeared from XXXX XXXX as well, which you did remove. None of the details were any different, so I dont know why you continue insist this one is valid. I was the above requests answered and the account removed from my credit file. Regards, XXXX XXXX
