A capitol one credit card was opened under my name. I have not had an active capitol one card since around 2017. When logging in to assess the situation two phone numbers were being utilized that were not mine and that I did not recognize at all. As far as I know capitol one closed the credit card that was fraudulently opened but suggested I report it here.
