I have been contacting Albert since XXXX XXXX declined my transfer and my money still hasnt been added back into my account. Every time I reach out to Albert its always a different story about where my money is. I sent over the document that they asked showing that XXXX XXXX said they never charged the card because the transfer was voided out and the money was returned to the card ending in XXXX which is my Albert card but Albert keep saying its not there.
