I received an alert e-mail from my bank on Sunday XX/XX/2023 stating a lender checked my credit report AND verified my identity. After accessed into my bank 's mobile app, I found info on the lender and called Monday XX/XX/2023. To my surprise and relief a rep answered and after exchanging info, she informed me the credit card that I didn't apply for was flagged and on hold pending further investigation. She also informed me it was applied for on-line and none of my personal devices were used for this action. Please consider this a concern and not a complaint against the lender. My complaint is with the person/people who attempted to use my info to get a credit card!
