Years ago I opened an account with XXXX XXXX who installed a security alarm at my residence. I was offered a small referral fee to refer friends and family. I referred XXXX XXXX to install an alarm at my fathers residence. The XXXX agent fraudulently used my information and opened and unauthorized account at my fathers residence to install the alarm. I was not made aware of the unauthorize account with XXXX until it went to collections. The current Collections Agency is Zions Debt Holdings who is demanding {$450.00}. I've attempted to remove this from my credit report without success therefore I'm asking for your assistance.
