Potential fraud committed on my debit card. Told fraud team about issue and they stopped payment. I was told to go to a local branch and get a replacement debit on the same day. When I went to the local branch in XXXX XXXX they were having " system errors '' all over the bank and were unable to issue me a card. They told me they would call me when the card was ready. They never called me. I went in after XXXX business days to check on the " system errors '' and my card was ready. The local branch failed to call me. Then, on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX, I received XXXX replacement cards in the mail telling me to activate each card. I went to the local branch to complain and they offered no help. I told them I was concerned that the issuance of these many cards without activation would cause them to freeze my account. They offered no assistance.
