Today is XX/XX/23 I have spoken to a total of 10 people. I have an invalid 60 day delinquent reporting on my Credit report and a high amount Mortgage. I do not have any delinquent accounts, nor do I have a mortgage as I have lived in the same apartment for 16 years. Experian has transferred me back and forth between Memberships and the Dispute Department all of which claim they can not assist me. I also spoke to a supervisor who advised me to call FICO, who told me that don't know why I was told to call them as they could not assist me either. I am VERY frustrated and at a lost. I only want to remove invalid information from my credit report and have received NO help in doing so from the company that is reporting invalid information.
