XXXX XXXX allowed someone to sign up for a credit card under my name and now are reporting the stolen identity information on my report as derogatory. i am being negatively affected by this matter and furthermore would like for them to stop i have made a report with the identitytheft.gov they are on the job as well for i believe that to be the best 1st step. below are also my grievances. Thank you for your time. 15 U.S. code $ 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of reciept. its been 30 days and they are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft. PLEASE DELETE THESE ITEMS IMMEDIATELY
