I had a missed call from Prince Parker and Associates. I called them back twice and finally got someone on the phone. The told me who she was and what they were collecting. She went on asking me if I had XXXX on " such and such date and started asking me about insurance information ''. I then told her that I applied for financial assistance with the original creditor and that I had not heard from them. The lady then told me that the original creditor denied my financial assistance. WHICH WAS A LIE but the original creditor never GOT MY financial assistance application.
