I financed my XXXX XXXX XXXX through the Chicago XXXX Center in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX was my finance account manager name. They where accurately reporting to the credit unions when I first financed the vehicle, they also accurately reported every payment until the beginning of XXXX. When the COVID-19 outbreak occurred they INACCURATELY reported to the credit reporting agencies that no payments where made due to COVID-19 which was incorrect. After I reported the discrepancy to the credit reporting agencies and provided proof that payments where being made the account was removed from my credit report instead of being corrected. The loan is now paid off and closed and it should accurately reflect that on my credit report. I spoke to someone from the Chicago XXXX Center over the phone regarding this situation and was told I would received a follow-up call but never received one I never heard back regarding this situation.
