I reached out to Wells Fargo XX/XX/23 referencing account XXXX that is closed but still reporting unlawful information to third-party reporting agencies I didnt give them permission to share, sell, report or furnish any private information to anyone so what they have chosen to do is illegal and without my written consent. The law is very clear on things like this. Its identity theft better yet Aggravated identity-theft 18 USC 1028A . The reporting of Transactions and experiences is illegal and is not part of ones consumer report 15 USC 1681A ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) states ( 2 ) consumer report does not include- ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. I told them to cease and desist and delete this unlawful act
