Hi, I hope all is well with whomever handles my case. I paid off their car refinance loan in XX/XX/XXXX with Bridgecrest ( XXXX ) located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, AZ XXXX. However, even though I called Bridgecreast several times in XXXX and XXXX for the remainder of the residual funds on my account post payoff, they never contacted me. Furthermore, I even tried to login and pull up my old account, but they appear to have deleted it. My account ended in the last XXXX number XXXX. Bridgecrest practices deceitful business practices towards their consumers. Therefore, I am requesting my refund amount from them. This is the reason I am them to your company. XXXX XXXX
