This third party debt collector is the second collector trying to collect a debt not owed and refused to validate the debt is owed by me. I have sent a affidavit notarized and certified mail disputing the debt requesting they provide the contract that binds me to pay a debt, requesting the verification that I a living breathing man signed a contract with my wet ink signature. They have yet to respond and the debt is still on my credit report which they are now not acting in good faith. I have attached the affidavit i sent them.
