On XX/XX/2023, I tried to withdraw XXXX dollars from an atm. I didn't recieve the money. I called credit karma and tried to dispute the action. They claim they sent me an email asking for my information and never recieved it. The only information I was asked for was the last XXXX of my social security number, which I gave them. I've been trying since then to get the money back
