XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to violate my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. On XX/XX/2023 the were mailed a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Report, a final official copy of my XXXX XXXX Police Identity Theft Report, a copy of my XXXX XXXX XXXX proving my legal address at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, a photocopy of my Social Security Card proving my identity and social security number, a photocopy of my California Drivers License / Real ID ( front and back ) proving my identity and my legal address, a copy Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605B detailing their legal obligations. The fraudulent member / account number is XXXX. The amount owed/ charged off on this fraudulent account is {$500.00}. They say their " investigation '' determines the " I did open the account ''. They go on to provide a fake income verification letter, fake pay stubs, and several documents the copy and pasted foraged digital signatures as " proof '' that the account is mine. They are violating the law by not accepting sworn statements to the FTC and XXXX XXXX Police which by the very nature prove I am a victim of Identity Theft and that the accounts they have in my name are the result of this identity theft.
