below is was the exact email i sent to santander with the same photos. all they had to do was XXXX " XXXX '' and call them. they'd get their answer if its a scam or not. as when i called the person said " no we are not new XXXX parts. and there is a scam going on with people using my business ''. i even later emailed new photos to show " new XXXX parts '' had more people backing up my claim. or they could of spent 10mins searching for the shipping company and see that tracking is bogus along with all the phone numbers. Photos provided to show evidence for fraudulent business. Paid for an auto part was told it was pending shipping. but the website they provided ( see figure 12 ) brings me to a site that the phone number is disconnected. XXXX the shipping business bring me to a different phone number, and that one isn't even a shipping company. the seller at one point said i had to contact the shipper to pay a fee for insurance ( see figures 8-11 ). At that point i knew it was not a legitimate business. No actual company is going to ask for payment via XXXX etc. Figure 4 shows them posing as " XXXX ''. XXXX that does show an actual business, but when i called they knew nothing about the part i ordered and even said if someone said its coming from us its a scam. XXXX XXXX XXXX said they are aware that there is a scam but did not who or from where. Also the entire conversation has multiple phone numbers, from multiple states.
