XX/XX/2023 I tried numbers times to make payments on Capital one on their web page, it would not take my payment on their web site. Tried calling them waited long time. When findly got through to talk with live person instead of their computer. Just pass there XXXX XXXX cut off time to make payment. I tried to explain I tried to make payment on their web site, their web site not working proper. They State they could not help me with their late fee because it pass XXXX XXXX ask supervisor she said same thing. Now I am charge {$37.00} they done this in pass amounted to XXXX in pass two years. I have completed about this in pass one time refined their late fee, now they would not. I tried three time to make this payment before their XXXX XXXX cut off time XXXX XXXX eastern time
