Do not have a contract with Convergent Outsourcing - Contract Violation. Did not give them the Social Security number - Identity Theft. And, per 15 U.S. Code Section 1681c, no adverse item other than records of convictions of crimes are to be reported to the credit bureaus. Convergent XXXX has multiple violations and I want to be compensated for their attempted barratry.
