I have disputed fraudulent transactions on the XXXX account and disputed the inaccurate derogatory reporting to the credit bureaus for years, but none have done anything to correct the problem. Even nowXXXX XXXX months after receiving an XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX Bank in XX/XX/2022, they are still reporting monthly derogatory and harassing statements and data to credit reports and inaccurate account date with an outstanding balance and severe delinquencies. In their letter to me they stated they will continue to report the inaccurate information to credit Bureaus until I ask them to stop. This is unacceptable purposefully harmful behavior and harassment that they intend to continue until the XXXX year data cutoff. Their harassment and behavior can only be to continue to inflict more harm and more damage to my personal and financial security. Ive requested they stop and correct the record and issue a statement to me and forward the details of their harassing behavior and steps they are taking to resolve the emotional, financial, punitive and pain and suffering they have caused and continue to cause me so can restore the damage they have inflicted.
