Trans Union failed to investigate my dispute and instead sent me XXXX copy and paste sensless letters. The purpose of these senseless letters is to cause a delay in postponement. Trans Union has been sued for this behavior. They have 30 days to investigate my dispute which they failed to do so Im demanding that they removed from my credit report for disputed items. Under 15 USC 1681 the law states the Trans Union is supposed to conduct these disputes with fairness and impartiality but instead they avoided their job. This is very stressful for the consumer and in my case XXXX XXXX so its excessively stressful
