I submitted a request 3 times on this account to verify the information. I asked that information be sent to me and i have not received a response from this creditor. I sent the first request in XX/XX/XXXX, then again in XX/XX/XXXX and the most recent request was XX/XX/XXXX. I dont receive any response but it keeps updating to my credit on XXXX XXXX Equifax and XXXX, as a charged off account. Since the account is charged off, by law, the lender must file Form XXXX and send me a copy if the amount of debt canceled is {$600.00} or more and the lender is a financial institution, credit union XXXX federal government agency, or other applicable entity as discussed earlier in chapter 1 ( IRS 2021 publication ). The following creditors are showing as charged off and I have not received any responses and the charged off balances are more than {$600.00}.
