XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX is when i made complaints about JEFFERSON CAPITALIST. I have 0 knowledge of that account & been harrassed repeatedly through mail via phone calls. Total amount it says is {$4100.00} & IT IS THEIRS. I would like this off my credit history completely due to them violating rights & codes. Its been there 8-9 years & its affecting me bad. Including the 2 hard inquiries from XXXX XXXX. I also have 0 knowledge of trying to open either account.
