Regarding my account XXXX, I called Stenger and Stenger PC @ XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I spoke with a gentleman who collected my payment and credited {$580.00} to my account. Moreover, scheduling a payment for the final payment of {$580.00} on XX/XX/2023. Additionally, he stated that the judgment and filing from today will be canceled. On my second contact, on XX/XX/2023, I spoke with three different representatives, who informed me that the payment had not been received and credited to my account and that a payment plan for two installments of {$580.00} had still been established. These representatives seem to have given me different information about my account and yesterday 's events. I request to talk with a supervisor after being transferred. The team lead or supervisor who called me was very unprofessional, talked over me when I was asking a question, and the call never progressed. I would prefer a resolution to this issue because I do not want to be sued because of the XXXX XXXX that made it difficult for me to pay my obligations.
