I have five collection accounts on my credit report by three companies called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. The two collections from XXXX XXXX XXXX are for {$770.00} and {$540.00}. The XXXX collection accounts from XXXX XXXX XXXX are for {$580.00} and {$490.00}. The one collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX is for {$350.00}. All of these accounts are fraudulent reports for alleged debts that have never been validated and the company never sent me a notice of debt or a chance to even validate the debt. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX responded to my complaint on CFPB showing that I was correct, and they notified all three credit bureaus to tell them to remove the collections from my credit report due to the violation. Transunion has started to remove the accounts from my credit report but failed to remove two of the erroneous and fraudulent collections. XXXX and XXXX have failed to remove the collections or properly investigate the situation in regard to my FCRA rights. Please investigate as to why these credit bureaus have dropped the ball on their investigations and why their reports and scores are so different than each other.
